Finca "Casa de las Rosas" is a  four bedroom country style finca (2,400 sqm) situated in the campo just 1 kilometre from the popular inland market town of Sax in the Vinalopo Valley.  Sax forms part of the famous "Route of the Castles" and the castle is the first thing you see as you approach Sax - a sight not to be missed at night when it is beautifully lit up.  The Finca is a level 10 minute walk from Sax town with its many shops, bars, restaurants, and Schools. Although Sax is some 45 Kilometres inland, Alicante, the beaches of the Costa Blanca and the airport are all only 25 minutes away by car.  For the golfers there is a course only 15 minutes away.  There is an excellent bus service to Alicante and to the nearby towns of Villena and Elda.

“Port of Mazarron”

A 2 bed 2 bath property in Isla Plana, 17 klms from Cartagena. Close to Port of Mazarron. Close to village and sea (2 min's) It is a terrace property with small patios back and front. Casa Ayora Valley

This amazing Village House really is a Tardis and at nearly 400 sq.m. There is plenty of living space spread over three floors.
